When should I place my order?

We always recommend ordering as soon as you have found ‘the one’ as our fabrics are limited, so we can’t determine how long a style will be available for.

What is your returns policy?

I changed my special date. What do I do about my dress?

Your wedding date determines your important production and dispatch dates. Please email admin@wonabywona.com if you need to update your wedding date. If you are traveling for your wedding please provide us with your departure date rather than your wedding date so we can ensure your gown is received well before you leave.

How do I take my measurements?

What if I lose/gain weight?

We go to every effort to ensure your dress is the right fit. Our dresses are crafted from luxurious stretch fabrics, so often if you drop a size in weight, it will still fit beautifully. It is also very easy to have the dress altered by a professional seamstress if you would like it to be a little more fitted.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be sent via UPS Express or DHL which takes between 3-14 business days to arrive, depending on location. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package. We can arrange to ship the order through a different carrier. Just drop us an email at admin@wonabywona.com to make the request.

Is an account necessary to make a purchase? 

You have the option to shop with or without creating an account. Nevertheless, registering with us brings the following advantages:
1. Monitor your orders and revisit previous purchases.
2. Initiate exchanges or returns conveniently from your account.
3. Compile a Wish List of items you adore or didn’t want to miss out on.
4. Store your address and card information for quicker future purchases.
