Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence in 1-2 business days.

USA and Canada
Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence:
Express delivery is 2-6 business days.
Standard delivery is 6-10 business days.

EU
Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence:
Express delivery is 2-4 business days.
Standard delivery is 5-7 business days.

Great Britain
Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence in 2-5 business days.

Norway 
Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence
Express delivery is 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery is 5-8 business days.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Once the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time will commence
Express delivery is 5-10 business days.
Standard delivery is 6-12 business days.

We do not take orders or provide delivery services to the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • China

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

All orders are delivered by UPS, and DHL (International).

We can arrange to ship the order through a different carrier. Just drop us an email at admin@wonabywona.com to make the request.

Our standard production period usually spans up to 14-20 business days, contingent upon:

  • The quantity of items in the order.
  • The complexity and specifics of the chosen dress.
  • The availability of all necessary information for production, such as size and color confirmation, customization details, etc.

For your convenience, we also offer ready-to-ship items that are in stock and can be dispatched promptly. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from local disruptions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a message via email containing your tracking information, allowing you to track its progress. Alternatively, you can check the delivery status using your order number and email through the “Track Order” link.
