Returns and exchange

Goods purchased through can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in a new, unworn condition with attached original tags. To be eligible for a refund, items should not have cosmetics, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear. Original packaging is preferable.

Items without tags, worn, or damaged in any way will not be refunded. Returns can be requested through the return form – please fill out the form carefully as you will not have the opportunity to submit it again. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization.

The item must be received back at Wona by Wona within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your return at our company for our team to review and process your return. You will receive an email notification when the return is processed. Shipping, duties, and taxes costs are non-refundable if collected. Return shipping and duties expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.We allow for a one-time exchange or replacement of returned items. After the return of the original order, a new order for exchange or replacement will be dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders from customers if we detect unusual or excessive return activity.
