Returns and exchange

You have the right to return items of proper quality within 30 days from the date of receiving your order from the online store. Returns are accepted provided that the item has not been used, retains its original appearance, all manufacturer tags and protective tape are intact, and the purchase receipt is available. Returns are processed within 5 business days from the moment the parcel is received. After processing, the refund is issued to the bank card used for payment. The refund processing time is up to 7 business days, though we strive to complete it as quickly as possible. The online store reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions for preserving the item’s original condition are violated.

Send the item along with the completed form using the “Easy Return” service in the Nova Poshta mobile app or online account. We offer the possibility of a one-time exchange or replacement of returned items. To use the “Easy Return” service, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Shipments” section and select the parcel you wish to return.
  3. In the “Manage Parcel” menu, choose “Easy Return.”
  4. Specify the reason for the return from the available list.
  5. Create a new electronic waybill and send the item to a parcel locker, branch, or the recipient’s address.

Items are considered ineligible for return and cannot be accepted if:

The item has been used:

  • Shows signs of wear (wear marks, stretched parts, deformation).
  • Has odors (perfume, smoke, sweat, etc.).

The original appearance is compromised:

  • The fabric has stains, dirt, or traces of cosmetics.
  • Manufacturer tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged.
  • There are mechanical damages (holes, snags, torn seams).

Storage and transportation conditions were not met:

  • The item is wrinkled, heavily soiled, or has other defects caused by improper storage.
  • Protective tape is missing.

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the clothing retains its original appearance, has all tags, labels, and packaging intact, and has not been used. All costs associated with returning or exchanging items are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:
Underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and gloves.
